Stop by the Ovation and enjoy creative writing club, which is a time to write, share poetry, and freely express yourself through creativity.
To prepare: Writing materials will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
Meet up: We'll meet in the first floor club room at the Ovation. A key fob is needed to access the building, so please message the OSG Events WhatsApp group upon arrival if you're not an Ovation resident.
Parking: Guest parking is available on the street as well as in the Ovation garage. Please avoid the parking lot across from the Ovation entrance as you will get towed.
Contact: We will communicate changes of plans via WhatsApp. If you are not yet on our OSG WhatsApp group the link will be sent via email with your registration confirmation.
Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.
Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here.
