Dance Your Heart Out Spring Dance!

Celebrate the joy of spring at Dance Your Heart Out, an inclusive dance designed for adults of all abilities. This uplifting event is all about having fun, expressing yourself, and connecting with others in a safe and welcoming space.

Guests can enjoy a variety of music, from classic favorites to today’s hits, with plenty of opportunities to dance, socialize, and make new friends. Whether you love to be on the dance floor or prefer to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone.

Our team will be there to help ensure a positive and supportive experience for all participants. Come as you are, bring your energy, and get ready to dance your heart out!

Dance Your Heart Out is an 18+ event created specifically for adults of all abilities. To maintain a comfortable and appropriate environment, this is not a family-style event. Direct support professionals and caregivers are welcome to attend but must be registered in advance.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available in the church parking lot.

Accommodations: Our staff and volunteers are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending the dance brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. Please register all attendees including service/support providers.This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here.
