Bring your A-game to the Robinson and join us to play board games at the community center! This is a fun time to decompress and spend a calm night among friends!
To prepare: OSG will be providing the board games but you are welcome to bring your own.
Meet up: This event will be taking place in the Community Center, located between the Robinson and the Belmont. If you are not a Robinson or Belmont resident, please message the OSG Events WhatsApp group to request access to the locked building.
Parking: Free guest parking is available in the lot in front of the Robinson and Belmont.
Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.
Contact: We will communicate changes of plans via WhatsApp, so please join the OSG Events WhatsApp group to receive important event updates. An invitation to our group will be emailed with your registration confirmation.
Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here. To discuss your specific needs and help us make our events more inclusive, please contact us at j[email protected] with the subject line "Accommodation Request."
*Note: Sign-up is mandatory. Be sure to RSVP so we know to expect you.
