Mocktails and Mock Art at the Arden (In-person)

Sip on refreshing, non-alcoholic drinks while trying your hand at recreating famous works of art. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just curious to explore, all skill levels are welcome.

To prepare: All supplies and drinks provided. We'll provide full-color prints of iconic pieces, and you’ll get to interpret them in your own style using paints, markers, or mixed media. It is advised that you wear clothes you wouldn't mind possibly getting stained.

Meet up: We'll meet in the third floor community room at the Arden. A key fob is needed to access the building, so please message the Arden Community Whatsapp group upon arrival if you're not a Cadence resident.

Parking: Limited free guest parking is available in the Arden garages, but a parking pass is required. Please email [email protected] to reserve a parking pass in advance of this event. There is additional paid parking at the Huntington Metro Station nearby. Your vehicle is at a high risk of being towed if parked on the street!

Contact: We will communicate changes of plans via Whatsapp, so please join the Arden Community Whatsapp group to receive important event updates.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.

Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here. To discuss your specific needs and help us make our events more inclusive, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Accommodation Request."

*Note: Sign-up is mandatory. Be sure to RSVP so we know to expect you.
