Stop by the Arden and enjoy open art studio and/or creative writing. This is a time which to freely interact with art materials and express yourself through creativity.
To prepare: It is advised that you wear clothes you wouldn't mind possibly getting stained.
Meet up: Please meet in the community room at the Arden. If you're not a resident, please message the OSG Events Group so you can be let into the building.
Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.
Parking: Limited free guest parking is available in the Arden garages, but a parking pass is required. Please email [email protected] to reserve a parking pass in advance of this event. There is additional paid parking at the Huntington Metro Station nearby. Your vehicle is at a high risk of being towed if parked on the street!
Contact: We will communicate changes of plans and important updates via Whatsapp. If you are not yet in our OSG WhatsApp group, you can join via the link that will be sent to your email with your registration confirmation.
Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here. To discuss your specific needs and help us make our events more inclusive, please contact us at j[email protected] with the subject line "Accommodation Request."
*Note: Sign-up is mandatory. Be sure to RSVP so we know to expect you.
