Meet our Team

Josue (pronounced ho-SWAY) can always be found out and about with OSG community members, whether it’s picking up trash with the gang on Teddy Roosevelt Island or counseling an Ovation resident one on one. Service comes naturally to Josue, who has coached high school rugby and supported refugees and unhoused people, among other roles. In his spare time, Josue loves live music, sampling Korean BBQ and biking around his hometown of DC.

Joy is a special education advocate and a mom to two sons on the autism spectrum, whose commitment to building a more inclusive world is unmatched. Two decades of event planning have honed Joy’s organizational prowess, while her work in special education –as an advocate for her kids as well as other families’ children – translates to lived experience urging the education community – and the world at large – to envision and effect bold and unapologetic inclusion for neurodivergent people.

Margot has devoted her career to creating communities where people of all ages and abilities are fully included. She has guided OSG’s growth to eight housing communities, built strong partnerships with developers and policymakers, and secured new philanthropic and public funding. Before OSG, she spent more than 15 years as founder and director of BodyWise Dance, where she developed inclusive dance projects with national partners including the U.S. Department of Education, the National Academy of Sciences, the University of Maryland School of Public Health, and Metro DC’s Veterans Administration Hospital. She lives in Washington, DC, and is happiest spending time with family, neighbors, and friends, building the same sense of community she champions through her work at OSG.

Christi’s professional background in advertising, public relations, and more recently development work at the Lab School in Washington, D.C. makes her the ultimate, “get s*&% done” fundraising and event planning volunteer. Her energy, attention to detail and no-nonsense personality is an absolute gift to the OSG team.

Christi and her husband Bob have three children.

Trista has recently graduated from George Mason University with her Bachelors in Social Work. She was drawn to social work after growing up in a house oriented around service of others; feeling the most impactful when she is connected with others. She is often found socializing at any event and ready to get to know new people that she meets. She enjoys spending her free time travelling and taking photos of moments and memories that are important to her.

Marlon has always been a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. Whether it was while working in college admissions or teaching English as a Second Language in France, he has constantly made it his mission to be a bridge builder between people of various backgrounds, abilities, and socioeconomic levels. Outside of work, Marlon enjoys various genres of music, speaking foreign languages, going to the movies, and supporting all of his local DC sports teams.

You will not find a more tenacious advocate for adults with disabilities than Donna. With decades of local organizing, tutoring at-risk students and LGBTQIA+ advocacy under her belt, Donna always casts a wide net, inviting as many people as she can to enter into OSG’s mission. She has developed, sustained and led many inclusive activities for OSG members, including her autistic daughter Emma. She and husband Robert have three children and live in Arlington.

Director of Digital Strategy, Stephanie honed her Web, email and ecommerce skills in 13 years at AOL (prior to its acquisition by Verizon). The Vienna, Va. resident – who lives with her husband and her daughter, a person with autism – melds Web expertise with fierce advocacy on behalf of neurodivergent people of all ages and abilities.

OSG’s Director of Strategic & Brand Marketing Fredda not only thinks outside the box but envisions and executes OSG’s marketing objectives in a big, bold way! After three decades as an expat, Fredda returned to the US to settle in Northern Virginia with her son, a person with autism. Crossing paths with OSG not long after her arrival, she knew she’d found a calling to which she might bring her lived experience as well as her marketing skills. Fredda also has an adult daughter living abroad; a four-legged child; and her own marketing consulting firm, Gingernut Thinking.

Mike currently serves as OSG’s Board Chair, overseeing OSG’s governance, finance, and strategic planning activities as well as partnering with OSG’s Executive Director, Margot Greenlee, to ensure the Board’s support of the organization.  Mike has previously served as OSG’s President, as a Director, and as an advisor developing a business plan for the organization.

Before retiring, Mike was a technology executive for over 22 years with Marriott International and in leadership roles with SAIC and Mobil Oil Corporation.  Serving with OSG is one of his retirement dreams and goals.   He is a long-standing advocate and volunteer in the disability community serving as Board Chair and Director with Melwood and serving as a coach and volunteer for Fairfax Little League’s Challenger baseball program.

Mike and Patti, his wife, reside in Fairfax, VA where they raised their three children.  Their oldest son is a person with autism.  Mike and Patti started the “Love is All You Need” ministry for adults with disabilities in 2016 that continues to offer Christian education, social activities and adventures like learning to kayak.  In addition to volunteering with OSG and at St. Stephen’s UMC in Burke, VA, Mike enjoys being on the water, traveling, bicycling, softball and golf.

Paula is the Founding Chair of OSG.  She is a strong and passionate leader of the mission to create affordable, inclusive communities and meaningful lives for adults with disabilities. Paula’s belief is that the greatest barriers adults with disabilities face are not their disability–they are the barriers to housing, employment and meaningful social experiences. Paula recently retired after 30 years serving as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Mental Health Specialist with a special focus on advocacy and care of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.  She and her husband reside in Northern VA where they have raised their three children, the oldest of whom has autism.

A founding director of OSG and a principal in Deloitte’s government consulting practice, Jacqui (with spouse David) parents two young adults, one of whom is a person with autism. Together, her professional skillset and her lived experience as a mother of someone with developmental disabilities make her an effective Director of Strategic Planning as OSG expands its footprint across and beyond Virginia.

Laura often describes OSG as “a game changer for parents.” She credits the organization with providing vital support and encouragement as she navigated the daunting process of transitioning her oldest daughter, a person with autism and other disabilities, into supported housing. She is pleased to pay it forward by offering similar support and encouragement to other parents as they begin their journeys.

Laura has witnessed firsthand the friendship and sense of community that OSG offers to its amazing members and their families. She often joins the weekly walks to Thomas Jefferson Community Center and Roosevelt Island, as well as monthly yoga and Huntley Meadows nature walk. And she looks forward to volunteering at OSG’s annual Halloween dance every October! Prior to OSG, Laura worked as a grant administrator in the U.S. Department of Education. She and her husband Terry have two daughters and live in Alexandria.

A native of Arlington, Susan serves as OSG’s Director and Treasurer, bringing her experience in finance and human resources to mission-driven organizations. With close family and friends on the autism spectrum, she is deeply committed to building a more inclusive society where everyone thrives. Outside of work, Susan enjoys traveling and attending concerts whenever she can. She currently resides in Burke with her family.

Edward is a Board Member of OSG and a Managing Director at Citi Community Capital. He and his wife, Jennifer have three children – Xavier, Mackenzie, and Christian. For over two decades, Edward has been an affordable housing advocate and actively involved in the disability community. During his career, he has financed more than $100 billion in affordable housing projects, including projects allocated for tenants with developmental disabilities. In addition to OSG, he is a Board Member of the Disability Opportunity Fund and CRi (Choice, Respect, Independence), organizations dedicated to supporting the disability community. He is also a former Board Member of the Arc of Northern Virginia and RPJ Housing Development Corporation.  When not loving on his wife, he enjoys attending Georgetown basketball games, exploring jazz venues, theater, traveling and spending time at the beach.

My name is Patrick Green. I have been an active participant with OSG for the past year and a half, and it has been a great experience for me. I currently live in Herndon with my family, our two dogs, and our parrot.

In my free time, I enjoy sports, riding metro, watching planes, taking care of animals, and exploring. I currently volunteer with several organizations because I like giving back to my community and helping others.

I am excited to serve on the Our Stomping Ground Board. I want to use my experiences and perspective to make a positive and meaningful impact while helping Our Stomping Ground continue to grow and support others

After being an active participant with Our Stomping Ground for several years, Andrew joined the OSG Board of Directors in 2026 as the Community Representative. A lifelong Arlington resident, Andrew is autistic and graduated from Yorktown High School and the Arlington Career Center’s Program for Employment Preparedness. Since 2021, he has lived independently at Queen’s Court, an OSG partner community in Rosslyn, Virginia. Andrew is also an active volunteer with multiple organizations and is committed to strengthening his community through service and advocacy.
